Karen Swanson

For many generations, there have been knitters and crocheters in my family. Everything from fancy doilies to cozy, warm clothing and afghans have come from my needles and hooks to the joy of many people.

My husband and I retired early in our lives and started an Emu Ranch in Kimberly, MN which is in Aitkin County. The birds were just a start to the many animals we acquired.

Now, with the new to me art form of Arigurumi (crocheting in the round) I can combine my love of animals and crocheting to create wonderful little Kritters all with their own personalities. There are so many to share, I will always be busy.

I’m hoping once you see them they will put a smile on your face and bring joy to your heart.
